The Fill Your Own Chili Bowl Spread is this Texas girl's dream come true and was such a hit at a recent girls weekend cabin stay. I'm obsessed! I cannot wait to prepare the Christmas Eve Snacks spread for a holiday party I am hosting in a few weeks, oh and you better believe this book will be taken as the White Elephant gift to all holiday parties I attend this year! Oh and all of the recipes (hello, Crustless Quiche, Breakfast Sliders ,Cheeseburger Nachos, Brown-Sugar Baked Brie...) are sure to be used when I just need to feed myself or a couple of people, or take a dish to a potluck, no spread necessary. It was a way I could make things fun for my college kids and high schooler stuck at home. This book is unbelievable!! So many presentations for all different occasions. She tells you everything you need and provides recipes. She uses variations of recipes for different boards and keeps things simple but stunning. I am in love with this book!!
